If you can already tell from the gloomy mood of today's post (do the photos remind you of Tim Burton?), the past week hasn't been the easiest. Life is not all smiles and rainbows, sometimes life hit you hard and merciless. Just when I thought the week couldn't get any worse, the crazy downpour on Thursday made me pay a price of forty dollars for a 1.5 hours cab ride to school during peak hour. In case my foreign friends are wondering; Singapore is tiny, but a pain to travel during peak hours, and in this context–flooding. Well looking on the brighter side, it's a rare (precious) opportunity to be able to layer. With a grumpy morning and freezing weather, all I want is to go to lectures wrapped in blanket. I wish. Sweaters then come as the second best option.
p.s. Embracing the comeback of Punk this fall, starting with a classic red-black ensemble!
